Most venues book all three. Each is scoped separately so you only pay for what the event needs.
Pre-event clean
- Detail clean of hall, foyer and corridors

Can you provide event clean-up services?
Yes. We offer pre-event and post-event cleaning for banquets, weddings, tournaments and special events, plus porters during the event.
Do you clean facilities during Stampede or other major Calgary events?
We offer flexible scheduling and increased service options during high-traffic events like Stampede, conferences and festivals.
Can the venue be ready the next morning?
Yes. Overnight resets are our most requested option so the space is open for business the next day.
Is event cleaning available for a one-off event?
Yes, event cleaning is usually booked one event at a time, with no ongoing contract needed. Coverage can include pre-event preparation, porters during the event, and cleanup afterward. Contact us with your event details and we’ll build a plan around it.
How much notice do you need?
The more notice, the better, especially for larger events that need a bigger crew. Short-notice requests depend on availability, so it’s always worth asking. Contact us as soon as you have a date and we’ll confirm what we can do.
Do porters wear uniforms at formal events?
Our porters arrive in clean, professional attire and stay discreet throughout your event. If your event has a dress code, let us know when you book and we’ll discuss how our team can match it. Contact us to talk through the details.
