What landlords check at handover
Most commercial leases name the same five items in the clean-up clause. We clean to the clause and give you written proof of each one.
Carpet and hard floor condition
Traffic lanes, stains and VCT build-up. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning with a receipt.
Marks, holes and residue
Scuffs, picture-hook marks and tape residue noted before patching so nothing is missed.
Appliances left in place
Fridge, dishwasher and microwave emptied, degreased and defrosted.
Fixtures and grout
Descaled, disinfected and dry. The first place an inspector looks.
Interior windows and partitions
Streak-free glass, frames and sills.
Photo record and checklist
Timestamped before-and-after photos and a signed checklist you can forward to the landlord.

Move-in and move-out questions
Can you clean outside regular business hours?
Yes. Turnover cleans are usually scheduled evenings, overnight or weekends so movers and cleaners never overlap.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks is ideal for most offices. Larger spaces, strip-and-wax or tight handover dates benefit from more notice.
Do you offer this to businesses that are not current clients?
Move-in and move-out cleaning is typically a one-time service, so you don’t need an existing contract to book it. We’re always happy to discuss your cleaning needs. Contact us with your space and move date and we’ll put together a quote.
Will the landlord accept your clean?
We clean to the move-out conditions in your lease, so send us your lease requirements or the landlord’s checklist before we start. Final approval rests with your landlord, but working from their list is the best way to avoid surprises. Contact us to discuss your move-out.
Can you add carpet cleaning or floor waxing?
Yes. Both are commonly bundled with a turnover clean and quoted in the same written scope.
