At PPC, we’re both proactive and thorough when it comes to the health of our clients. We ensure that we cover all “touch-points” – doorknobs, light switches, etc. – on a regular basis, to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. We also ensure that all of our custodians have a strong understanding of which chemicals are appropriate for different cleaning jobs. Yes, however, both of these services are reserved for ongoing clientele. This is to say that we do not offer one-off services such as the above unless you have a contract with us. (We do not take on “one-off” clients in part so that we can provide these services to best meet the needs of ongoing clients.) When the need for these types of services does come up, we are quick to help as efficiently and effectively as possible.

To best eliminate the potential of an accident, we complete a thorough walk-through with all of our clients to ensure that we are fully aware of what areas these fragile items are in, and how to best move around them. We then train our custodians on your precise instructions prior to assigning them your cleaning schedule.
Your security is one of our top priorities. We ensure that we protect it by having a comprehensive insurance plan that includes liability and as well as bonding insurance.
We often hire through internal referrals, and reserve the ability to perform thorough background checks on our custodians as requested. Further, we do not ever tag keys, so that the ones we use cannot be linked to any location which we service.
We also ensure that your privacy and security is prioritized through ongoing communication regarding waste disposal needs. We always impress upon our custodians the importance of never touching anything that may be sensitive information (and have a zero tolerance policy should they fail to do so). If there is confidential material that requires disposal, we train our custodians to handle such in an appropriate and secure manner.
